Shipping:  Item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received for purchased item(s) via Pay Pal or Postal Money Order (Exceptions:  Sunday & Holidays), in which case, the item(s) will ship the following business day.  If paying by check, please expect 10 days (after payment is received/deposited) for payment to process.  Once processed, Your item(s) will ship within 1 – 3 days (Exceptions:  Sunday & Holidays), in which case, the item(s) will ship the following business day, USPS Tracking Confirmation provided.  Please make checks and money orders payable to:  Denise Wylie, include the Item Number, and mail to:

Your item(s) will be professionally wrapped and Securely packaged for shipping.  Occasionally, but rarely a package may be lost, mis-delivered, or damaged during shipping.  For this reason, and because of the nature of the items I sell, all items are Fully Insured and Shipped via USPS Priority Mail carton rather than a padded envelope, with Tracking Confirmation.

I will always Combine Shipping, when possible, on multiple purchases.  Please email for Shipping costs.


Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Denise’s Gallery LLC, Your satisfaction is important to me and because of this I Describe my Items to the best of my Knowledge / Research, and provide Clear Photos that are to be considered as part of the Description.  Be advised that I do not consider myself to be an Expert on any Items that I have Collected throughout the years, and that are now being offered for sale on this Website.  So, If you have any questions about an item, please email me before purchasing. 

All Sales are Final unless a shipping error was made and you received the wrong item, in which case Denise’s Gallery will refund the return shipping cost in the form the original payment was received, (Pay Pal payments will be refunded shipping costs via Pay Pal, etc… ).  The Item must be returned in it’s original packaging and in  the same condition it was received.  Your Shipping Refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving & inspecting the returned item and the Correct item will ship within 1-3 days of receipt of the returned item.  Just send me a brief message letting me know that the wrong order was received and that you are returning it.     

* My Private Collection of Antique Trade Beads have undoubtedly been traded throughout the centuries by various Traders to different indigenous people, in which they may show some wear with patina, commensurate with age and use.

* I take great pride in the Quality & Craftsmanship of each piece of Jewelry I design.  Each Bead is hand-selected and I use only the finest quality beads from my private collection.   If your item should break within 30 days of purchase from normal wear, I will repair it for free.  Buyer must pay return shipping using the same/or similar method of shipping that the item was received, with Tracking.  Denise’s Gallery will pay to ship the item back to you once repaired, via USPS with Tracking & Full Insurance.
