Return Policy

I want you to be Pleased with your purchase from Denise’s Gallery, Your satisfaction is important to me.  And because of this, I  Describe my Items in detail to the best of my ability and provide Clear Photos that are to be considered as a Major Part of the Description, keeping in mind that colors can vary slightly on different monitors.   If you have any questions about an item, please email me before purchasing.  All Items are Sold As Is.

That being said, Should you encounter a problem with Your order;  grossly not as described, or you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately and I will do everything possible to help resolve the situation; including a full refund, minus the shipping costs (unless I sent you the wrong item).  Please send me an email specifying the Reason for the Return, referencing the Item Number.

If return is approved, the Item(s) must be returned in the original / similar packaging with Tracking and in the same condition the item was received.  Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment (Pay Pal payments will be refunded via Pay Pal, etc…) within 7 Business days of Denise’s Gallery receiving, inspecting and approving the returned item(s).

** Be advised that I do not claim to be an expert on any of the items that I have collected throughout the years and that are be offered for sale on my website.  Items I sell are Antique / Vintage and should be considered in used condition.  Denise’s Gallery Handmade Jewelry is in new ~ unworn ~ condition.
