This Splendid Necklace Features Vintage ~ Robin Egg Blue ~ Round ~ Italian Murano Glass Wedding Cake Floral Beads that were individually handmade by skilled bead makers in Murano, Italy. Among Venetian Glass Beads, these are considered to be one of the finest and most beautiful of the handmade beads.
These Fine Quality Beads were handmade by fusing many layers of different colored molten Glass on a metal rod until achieving the desired color & shape. The Beads were then artistically hand decorated with Shimmering Trails of metallic Copper Aventurine and intricately designed Glass Overlays of rosebuds & forget-me-not flowers. Necklace is further accented with intricate floral filigree brass and clear glass seed beads and a screw barrel clasp.
Necklace measures approximately 16 inches in length. Beads measure approximately 16 mm diameter. Hole size is approximately 2 mm.
